About Multi-Layer Text Generator

What's New in Multi-Layer?

Unlike the simple version, this advanced generator lets you add up to 5 independent text layers, each with its own font, color, size, position, and effects. Perfect for creating complex designs with multiple text elements.

Layer Features

  • Up to 5 independent text layers
  • Different font and size for each layer
  • Independent colors and effects
  • Custom positioning (X, Y coordinates)
  • Layer reordering (move up/down)
  • Duplicate layers to save time
  • Per-layer shadows and outlines
  • Text alignment per layer

How to Use

  1. Set canvas size and background color/gradient
  2. Add your first text layer (one is created by default)
  3. Enter text and customize font, size, color
  4. Position the text using X and Y coordinates
  5. Add more layers with the "+ Add Text Layer" button
  6. Customize each layer independently
  7. Reorder layers using up/down arrows
  8. Download your final design as PNG

Use Cases

  • Memes: Add top text and bottom text with different styles
  • Quotes: Layer quote, author, and decorative text
  • Announcements: Combine title, subtitle, and date
  • Social Posts: Create complex branded graphics
  • Thumbnails: Layer title, description, and call-to-action
  • Posters: Design event posters with multiple text elements

Tips for Best Results

  • Start with the background layer first, then add foreground text
  • Use contrasting fonts for visual hierarchy (e.g., Impact + Georgia)
  • Layer larger text below, smaller text above for better readability
  • Use the duplicate feature to maintain consistent styling
  • Position coordinates: (0,0) is top-left, center depends on canvas size
  • Add shadows to make text stand out from background
  • Reorder layers if text is hidden behind other elements
